One of our most comprehensive services, the campaign starts with a marketing plan designed in consideration of the artist and budget of each client. The plan will propose and recommend the best use of your budget to properly invest in showcases, publicity, promotional appearances in specific areas where media networks are located, participation in special events and music conferences, marketing tools and new media promotions, etc. In all cases, client input is foremost in our considerations of exact marketing strategies.
The CD release Marketing & Media campaign will reach out TV, print and online publications, with selected English media included for specific clients. College radio is also a major focus of the campaign, servicing more than 180 college stations around the country with Latin/World Music programming, representing at least 4 hours on air per week for each station. One of our main goals is to enter in the N alternative Select Albums chart and/or the New World Chart, depending on the artist, of the CMJ New Music Report. We will also focus on specialty shows (commercial and non-commercial stations with specialty programming that report to the Rock/Alternativo Chart of the Radio & Records Magazine).

This campaign helps you to generate media coverage and consumer interest by contacting a wide range of print and online publications, including college radio, to get your CD/product reviewed. Because we have established contacts with key industry people based on years of professional experience, we can guarantee the widest exposure of your CD/product for your budget. Our goal is to secure previews, reviews, interviews, and features articles with all targeted media outlets.
Whether it is one showcase or a full nationwide tour, our office can help you to get your music / news / product to the local masses and secure previews, reviews, interviews, and features with the media. By the end of the tour, the client will receive a full report with press clippings from the entire tour.

More than 200 college and non commercial stations Nationwide now air Latin Alternative music, either within Latino or New World music shows, which, combined, represent an average of 4 to 6 hours weekly per station. Several online stations also are part of this service and represents dozens of stations. This has become more and more helpful to support digital sales and create a fan base, particularly with the college crowd, which usually is the biggest consumer of new music. The goal is not only enter in the chart of the CMJ Music Report but also to maintain it there for as long as possible.
